Prices and shipping costs

The prices listed on the website of CANDYSHOCKSHOP are in USD and exclude all taxes and do not include shipping costs or other costs.

For deliveries for standard shipments in USA, an additional packaging and shipping flat rate per order and delivery in the amount of

USD 9.90 excluding VAT will be charged.

From an order value of USD 69.00 the shipping costs are waived.

Delivery and delivery time

The gross shipping costs are included in the total amount indicated in the shopping cart.

All orders will be delivered by CANDYSHOCKSHOP within the next 7 working days by mail, parcel service or forwarding agency. Delivery deadlines promised in writing are considered met if the shipment leaves CANDYSHOCKSHOP within this period, or is made available for the customer to pick up. If an item is not available at short notice or delayed, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

Shipping is at the risk and expense of the customer to the delivery address specified by him when ordering. The risk of the transport is transferred to the customer with handover to the carrier. With leaving the warehouse of
CANDYSHOCKSHOP the possible liability for the transport route up to the recipient is incumbent on the respective transport company.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer shall only be entitled to withdraw from the contract after a written grace period of at least 14 days has elapsed to no avail.

In cases of force majeure (such as unforeseeable operational disruptions, official interventions, transport delays, transport damage, strikes, lockouts, etc.), the delivery period shall be extended by the duration of the impediment until it ceases to exist.

CANDYSHOCKSHOP is also entitled to carry out partial deliveries, whereby each partial delivery can be invoiced as a separate transaction.

All items are inspected and carefully packed by our shipping staff. Nevertheless, if an item arrives damaged, please issue a damage confirmation notice in the presence of the package delivery person.
